 Police Psychologist for Worcester Police Department and conduct psychological screenings and fitness-for-duty evaluations as well as Academy training programs.

Conduct pre-employment psychological screenings and fitness for duty evaluations for 40+ police/public safety/fire departments/corrections for the past 30 years.

Past Instructor at the Law Enforcement Institute at Babson College sponsored by the New England Police Chiefs Association. Taught "Principles of Police Psychology", including stress management.

Past Co-Director of the Employee Assistance Program for the Worcester County Jail.

Have conducted training for the Criminal Justice Training Council on stress management; conducted workshop for the Central Mass Police Chiefs on stress.

Developed and conducted training on "psychological leadership" for supervisory training program at Worcester Police Department.

Conduct seminars on "The Police Officer and the Police Family" for Worcester Police Academy

Worked with the Worcester Police Department Stress Unit since its inception in 1983 and other stress units in Massachusetts.
